The primary driver of our farm, as a business, is in supplying wholesale produce to stores and restaurants. Small stores, with a focus on local, and those that work well with our small scale of farming.
We harvest primarily on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and deliver to stores on Thursdays. It's on shelves later that day, or Friday morning, for the busy weekend shopping habits of most people. Customers recognize the freshness, flavour, and quality, so it sells out fast. Get it before Monday, or you just might miss out.
